Clean Rectangular Profile
The black rectangular optical frame has a structured silhouette built around clean lines and gently softened corners. Its horizontal proportions create a crisp appearance, while the slightly curved brow line prevents the design from looking overly rigid.
The glossy black finish remains consistent across the front and temples. This uniform colour gives Noir Axis a polished, uninterrupted appearance and allows the geometry of the frame to become the main visual feature.
Defined Full-Rim Construction
The front uses a full-rim construction with moderately thick borders surrounding each lens opening. The upper rims remain relatively straight before tapering subtly toward the outer corners, while the lower rims follow a gentle curve.
A compact integrated bridge connects the two lenses without separate nose pads. The bridge blends smoothly into the surrounding frame material and maintains the clean, continuous construction of the black rectangular optical frame.
Broad Temple Design
The temples are noticeably broader near the hinges and maintain a substantial profile through much of their length. They gradually taper toward the curved temple tips, creating a smoother transition toward the back.
Small metallic hinge components are visible along the inner and outer hinge areas. These details add a subtle contrast against the otherwise monochrome black construction without becoming a dominant decorative feature.
Simple, Structured Finish
Noir Axis avoids surface patterns and decorative embellishment. Instead, the design relies on its proportion, glossy finish and defined rectangular shape. The result is a frame with a strong but uncomplicated visual identity.
The black rectangular optical frame combines a clean full-rim front, integrated bridge and substantial temples within one consistent black finish. Its sharper lens shape makes it clearly different from the rounder and softer-edged frames previously reviewed.
