Smoky Transparency with Tortoiseshell Detail

The Solenne Smoke geometric eyeglasses combine a translucent smoky base with dark tortoiseshell-style detailing for a layered and distinctive finish. The lower half of the front remains comparatively transparent, allowing the brown-grey tone to show clearly. Across the upper rim, darker patterned sections add contrast and make the silhouette more pronounced.

Rather than using one solid colour across the entire frame, Solenne Smoke allows its pattern and transparency to work together. The result is a frame that looks lighter through the lower rim while gaining stronger definition around the brow line and outer corners.

A Distinctive Geometric Shape

The geometric eyeglasses use a broad full-rim profile with softly angular lens outlines. The upper edges remain relatively straight before moving outward into subtly raised corners. The sides taper inward slightly toward the bottom, while the lower rim follows a smooth curve.

This combination creates a shape that sits between a square frame and a softer geometric design. It has stronger angles than a conventional rounded frame without becoming sharply boxy.

Refined Bridge Detail

One of the most distinctive elements is the slim gold-tone bridge positioned between the two lens rims. Instead of continuing the translucent front material across the centre, the metallic bridge creates a deliberate visual break.

Patterned Temples

The temples continue the dark tortoiseshell-style pattern seen across the upper front. Brown, black and lighter translucent areas appear irregularly throughout the surface, giving each viewing angle more visual depth.

The temples have a clean, relatively straight profile before curving downward toward the tips. Their stronger pattern balances the lighter transparency of the lower front and makes the side profile particularly noticeable.

From the front, Solenne Smoke displays a mixture of smoky transparency, darker brow detailing and subtle gold-tone hardware. From the side, the patterned temples become the dominant feature. This changing emphasis gives the frame more character without requiring oversized decorative elements.
