Modern Geometric Structure
Veylan geometric rectangular sunglasses use a broad, sharply defined lens shape with an exceptionally slim metal construction. The front keeps the visual weight concentrated in the lenses, while the narrow surrounding rims create a cleaner and more refined outline.
The lens shape combines straight horizontal sections with softened corners. This prevents the silhouette from becoming overly boxy while maintaining its strong rectangular character. The dark finish keeps the entire design visually cohesive.
Distinctive Double Bridge
The defining feature of Veylan is its double-bar bridge. Two parallel metal sections connect the lenses at the centre, leaving an open rectangular space between them.
This detail adds structure without making the front appear heavy. It also creates a recognisable centre profile that separates Veylan geometric rectangular sunglasses from simpler single-bridge metal designs.
The upper bridge remains almost completely straight, while the lower bar follows the natural positioning between the lenses.
Smoke Grey Lens Finish
The smoke-grey lenses maintain an even dark tint across the surface. They pair closely with the dark metal frame, creating a nearly monochromatic appearance.
Rather than introducing a contrasting lens colour, Veylan keeps the palette restrained. The dark lenses, gunmetal rims and temples work together as one continuous visual theme.
The result is particularly clean when viewed from the front, where very little hardware interrupts the overall shape.
Slim Metal Temples
The temples begin with a short, slightly broader connection at the outer edges before transitioning into narrow metal arms. Their simple construction continues the minimal character of the front.
Toward the rear, dark temple-tip sections create a subtle material and tonal change. The curve develops gradually rather than using an exaggerated bend.
Adjustable nose pads are also visible beneath the bridge and complement the lightweight metal construction.
Refined Minimal Detailing
Veylan avoids decorative patterns, oversized hinge pieces or contrasting embellishments. Instead, its character comes from proportion and geometry.
The broad lenses provide presence, while the thin rims and temples prevent the design from appearing bulky. The double bridge becomes the main visual detail without overwhelming the rest of the frame.
That balance gives Veylan a distinctly architectural identity built around clean lines, dark tones and restrained metalwork.
